Hosted by: Universal Robots
Featuring: Hirebotics
Universal Robots hosted this launch event showcasing Hirebotics’ new app-powered Cobot Welder — a system that simplifies low-volume, high-mix welding through the Beacon smartphone application. The event highlighted how the Cobot Welder, powered by Beacon, delivers advanced robot welding capabilities that welders can set up, program, and manage from their phone or tablet.
The Beacon platform eliminates the need for complex robot programming, allowing skilled welders to teach the cobot new jobs in minutes. The launch marked a turning point in making collaborative welding automation truly accessible to fabrication shops of all sizes.
