How it works
From first conversation to production, without an engineering project
Every system is complete on day one, programmed by your team, and backed by people who know fabrication. Here's the whole journey.
The journey
Four steps, no integrators
01
See it run your parts
Start with a conversation, then bring your parts and your people to Nashville. We'll teach your team on a real system. Judge the results yourself.
02
Pick your system
Whether you weld, cut, or coat, every system ships as a complete package: robot, process equipment, cart, hand-teaching tool, and Beacon software.
03
Deploy in days
Pre-mounted and pre-wired. No integrators, no code, no engineering project. Your team teaches the first part the day it arrives.
04
Run, measure, scale
Beacon tracks arc time, part counts, and cycle efficiency. Add systems when the numbers say so. One app runs the whole floor.

Common questions
What does Hirebotics offer?
Three turnkey cobot systems: the Cobot Welder (MIG welding with a Universal Robots UR8 Long and your choice of Miller, ESAB, or OTC power source), the Cobot Cutter (plasma cutting with Hypertherm Powermax SYNC series cutters), and the Cobot Painter (powder coat and liquid coatings with a FANUC CRX-10iA/L Paint, the world's only explosion-proof collaborative robot). All three are controlled through the Beacon platform from any smartphone, tablet, or browser, and ship ready-to-run.
How easy is setup and onboarding?
Systems ship pre-mounted, pre-wired, and ready to run. Most shops go from delivery to first production in hours, not weeks or months. Beacon guides your team through the entire setup, and no integrator, engineering team, or facility modifications are required.
What does it cost?
The Cobot Welder starts at $105,000, the Cobot Cutter at $100,000, and the Cobot Painter at $140,000. Each is a complete, ready-to-run system including the robot, application equipment, hand-teaching tool, and Beacon software. Financing options are available, and most systems pay for themselves within 18 months.
See full pricing →Do I need a robot programmer?
No. Beacon speaks the shop's language: wire feed speed and travel speed, not lines of code. Your team teaches parts by hand-guiding the arm and tapping to save points, and no robotics engineers or specialized programmers are needed to run or scale the system.
What support is included?
Every cobot includes free 24/7 in-app support, with most tickets answered in 2 minutes or less. It also includes an ironclad warranty (15 months on the UR arm, 6 years on the Hypertherm plasma power supply, 3 years on the welder). Beacon Care adds priority support, loaner equipment, discounted parts and repairs, and optional on-site training.
