Programming

How do you program a welding cobot?

Your welders program each movement in the Beacon app. No robotics knowledge required. The Smart Puck lets the operator guide the arm by hand to each position and record the exact coordinates at the push of a button. The welder only worries about welding parameters: speed, feed, and weave values.

Once the program is saved, press play on the operator panel and watch it run. Build a library of weld programs over time and recall the right one for each workpiece in seconds.
